Delivery time and costs

• Fast fulfillment: Orders placed in our store are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed.
• Delivery time: Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and the recipient's location. Standard shipments are delivered within 1-2 business days

• Delivery costs are provided each time in the order form and depend on the selected carrier and the form of delivery (e.g., courier delivery to an address, pickup at a point, etc.).
  • Courier delivery to address – prices start from 12.99 PLN
  • Pickup at a point (e.g., parcel locker, partner point) – prices start from 9.99 PLN

The final delivery cost is visible before placing the order.

• Free returns: In the event that you need to return purchased equipment, we provide a free return procedure, which guarantees full shopping satisfaction.

We cooperate with reputable courier companies to provide you with various delivery options:

• Couriers: DPD, DHL, FedEx, InPost, UPS, and Poczta Polska.
• Pickup points: For your convenience, we offer the possibility of picking up shipments at numerous partner points:
• InPost Paczkomaty are modern parcel machines enabling convenient pickup of shipments at any time.
• InPost PaczkoPunkt is a network of partner points, such as shops, gas stations, or service outlets, enabling convenient sending and receiving of shipments. Thanks to wide availability and convenient locations, PaczkoPunkty are an excellent alternative to Paczkomaty, offering flexibility and comfort in handling shipments.
• DPD Pickup: Pickup at DPD Pickup points located, among others, in Żabka, Lidl, Auchan, Leroy Merlin, Dino, OBI, Shell, Arhelan, Martes stores, and other locations.
• DHL POP: Pickup points in networks such as Żabka, Inmedio, Kaufland, and at Shell stations.
• FedEx Point: Possibility of picking up and sending shipments at FedEx branches and partner points.
• UPS Access Point: Pickup points located in convenient places, such as local stores and gas stations.
• Orlen Paczka: Pickup of shipments at RUCH kiosks, ORLEN gas stations, and in parcel machines.
• Pocztex Punkt: Possibility of pickup at Poczta Polska branches and partner points, such as Żabka, ABC, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, Groszek, Arhelan, Duży Ben, and Euro Sklep stores.

After placing an order, you will receive a tracking number from us, which will allow you to track the delivery status in real time on the website of the selected carrier.

• Delivery hours: Couriers deliver shipments on business days between 8:00–18:00.
• Pickup at points: Pickup points are open at various hours, depending on the location. Please check the opening hours of the selected point before pickup.
• Shipment storage: In the case of pickup at partner points, shipments are stored for a specific period of time (usually 3–7 business days) depending on the carrier.
