3. You can send the shipment at any InPost Parcel Locker, 24/7, at a time convenient for you.
4. Refunds are processed immediately, within a maximum of 14 days of our receipt of the returned shipment.

Every product purchased in our store is covered by a seller's warranty. If you notice a defect in the device or the product stops working properly – you can use the complaint procedure.

1. Report a complaint by email or through the contact form available on the website.
2. Once accepted, you will receive instructions and a shipping code for the complaint package, which allows for sending the product back to our headquarters free of charge – just as in the case of returns.
3. We will process your complaint within 14 working days from the date the shipment is received.

Every product purchased at the biznesowelaptopy.pl store is covered by a seller's warranty, the details of which can be found in the „Product features” tab on the product card.

• The Seller provides the buyer with a warranty for the period indicated in the offer description („Product features” tab).
• Defects and damage to the device detected during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge within 14 days of the equipment's delivery to the Seller's headquarters.
• Batteries marked as „functional” are always covered by a 14-day start-up warranty.
• Each device has a warranty seal – breaking it results in the loss of the warranty.
• The warranty does not cover:
  • mechanical damage,
  • errors resulting from incorrect software use,
  • faults resulting from improper use of the equipment.

All return and complaint procedures in our store comply with:

• The Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights,
